HOW DO I LODGE A RETURN:

RETURNS POLICY:
If you need to return an item you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. The order must be returned within 14 days.
You can return our products for a either a refund or store credit (please see conditions below) if you make sure the garment is returned:
- In the original condition with all tags attached
- Unworn, soiled or washed in any way
- We do not accept garments that have pet hair on them
Full Price: Return for a refund or store credit or an exchange.
Spend & Save Offer - Return "Full Price" products for a refund or an exchange and "Sale" products for a store credit .
Sale items can only be returned for a store credit. Refunds and exchanges are NOT available on sale products
Item tagged FINAL SALE: Cannot be returned. These are clearly marked on site
Free Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchange: You can exchange on all full price items.
Faulty Garments: In the unlikely event this happens we will send you a new garment.
Please note once an order is placed it cannot be changed or cancelled. The order will be sent and then you will need to return it.
POSTAGE:
Do I need to pay for the return postage?
When you opt-in for "Free Returns + Package Protection" at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for FREE.
If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
FAULTY GARMENTS:
Our garments are made to the highest standards. However, if you have any issue with a faulty or damages item please lodge your return at the portal. You will be asked to provide photo's of the damaged garment.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Refunds: Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to clear into your account.
Store Credits: Will be Issued and emailed to you as soon as your return has been finalized. When you next make a purchase you will see your store credit balance at checkout and can use that store credit as full or part payment for you order.
CAN I GET A REFUND ON A GIFT CARD?
If you have purchased on a gift card the credit will be made back to the gift card.
